I want to express my thanks to you and all the people at Pamarco. We received the new anilox roll for our #3 Extruder last week. We installed it over the weekend and it worked very well right from the start. The print quality was the best I have seen on that machine and the plates stayed clean for the entire run without cleaning. The acid test will come later when we run Quaker but based on what I have seen so far I believe that this roll will work very well on that product as well. Your suggestion to over engrave and then polish back is providing a better blade wipe. We are going to increase the line speed on this machine and this will help us do that. I would also like to express my appreciation for the quick turn around.

Dover Cup began using EFlo™ in 2010 for our high line screen Kodak Promotional cup run. With the EFlo™ engraving we had improved print quality on solids and screen, better ink release and reduced dot gain and bridging. It has also proven to be easier to clean and has better ink transfer. EFlo™ has given us more flexibility in print selection and requires fewer roll change outs. This technology is a great advancement from conventional methods and has exceeded our expectations..Jim Absolon

Fellowes recently incorporated Pamarco’s new EFlo™ engraving for our full coverage runs on B and C flute corrugated. We run a cubic foot box at speeds up to 16,000 boxes per hour. The ink coverage we get by using EFlo™ has greatly improved and the full coverage boxes have had perfect print. The EFlo™ rolls have not plugged like the other rolls and we can now run full coverage boxes at maximum speeds. This new technology has allowed us to keep the line count lower and increase ink coverage and has been a game changer for our printing capabilities.Howard Smith

Smurfit Kappa in Cambridgeshire, UK, has used the EFlo™ product with our Bobst Masterflex. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it has remained and the printing capability of the roll. It works with both fine detail and also block work and on a variety of substrates as well. Due to the success of the EFlo™ roll, we are looking going forward to purchasing a second EFlo™ in the near future.Stephen Hill
