For 30 years Diamond Dual body rollers have offered sheetfed and web printer’s unique solutions to some of the most difficult printing problems. All Diamond Dual body rollers have been designed to solve printing problems related to ink and water transfer. The spiral water meter has proven to reduce water banding in all dampening systems. Diamond Dual ink forms, ductors and water form rollers, are constructed in the same way as a compressible printing blanket. A soft inner carcass of rubber is covered by a hard outer layer of rubber, creating a roller that offers unsurpassable abrasion and chemical resistance. The soft inner layer of rubber also helps to minimize plate gap and ductor shock, both common nuisances on sheetfed and web printing presses. Diamond Dual products come in many different durometers for both Ink and dampening positions.
