PowderPro® Spraying System

The PowderPro Spraying System uses suction instead of forced air to evenly raise powder to a consistent level in the jar, resulting in a consistent air/powder ratio delivered to the sheet. The PowderPro features independent distribution lines for each spray head, outer spray heads which can be turned off when printing narrow sheets, and an automatic powder-level compensation system.

Tempest Drying Systems

The Tempest Hot Air Drying System uses the advanced technology of pre-set PTC thermisters in combination with high velocity fans, microprocessor-controlled with
a soft touch keypad to accelerate the drying process. Thermistors are self-regulating semiconductors that maintain a constant temperature without the need
of a thermostat. This innovative approach to drying eliminates the risk of fire because the thermistors approach, but never reach, the ignition temperature
of Paper.
